I would never walk out of a movie, no matter how terrible or boring it is. A movie isn't that long to endure, and you paid for it. Besides, how can you then judge and convincingly talk about a story you haven't experienced until the end?
I don't think I have ever walked out of a cinema, but the only movie I chose and actively stopped watching was Garfield: The Movie. I suspect there has been another since but I forget it.
And this is speaking as someone who watched Ballistic: Ecks vs Sever.
"It's just strange because I don't even know you in real life but for some reason I keep reading your blog, and it's not even that interesting, I guess I'm waiting to see if it ever does get interesting... it's like a really boring soap opera and I'm waiting to see if it ever gets good, so far five years and not really..." #
I saw this and thought: this guy is f#$ked up! First, notice his fixation on space and time. Manifesting in a need for money. It makes him uncertain, sad, self referencing (self loathing probably) and he tries to fill the void with sensory overloads. Dude, ‘remember be here now’. Hold on. Aggression? Oral fixation? Taste sensations? Laaaaddiieeess…. No Roy, I don’t want to go camping with you. LOL Ok just joking. Except for the ‘remember be here now part’. #
